A unique project in designing for the entire family with spacial concerns and utility easements. Swan Pools 'Complete Family Fun' design incorporates two safety railings in the swimming pool entry and spa respectively for assisted entry. The swimming pool is plaster with a mini-pebblecoat for traction and durability. There are several swimming pool seats or swim-outs for use. And the grotto, waterfall, and swim-out is fun to get out, climb up the stairs with faux-natural railing, and plunge the pool in an artificial rock slide even with a waterfall splash over effect like a water-park.
